Content creation. Powered by paid social experience

I'm Alex, a UK-based content creator in my mid 40’s with 20 years of marketing experience and 7+ years specialising in Meta Ads. I create conversion-focused, data driven UGC, product demos and lifestyle video for fitness, wellness, food & drink and dog brands.

A creator’s eye. A marketer’s mind.

Getting content made should feel straightforward. A clear brief, thoughtful creative and less back-and-forth getting everyone on the same page.

I bring 20 years of marketing experience to the process. I’ve written the briefs, worked with agencies and helped make sure the creative reflects what a brand actually wants to say. I understand the work that goes into getting it right.

For over seven years, I’ve also run my own agency specialising in Meta ads. That means I think about more than how a video looks. I consider the audience, the message and the purpose behind every piece of content.

What would make someone stop and pay attention? What do they need to see? And how can we make your product feel relevant to their day?

That’s where I start, with the hook, the story and the reason someone might care.

And the inspiration comes from real life. I’m a British mum of two in my 40s, with a love of gym sessions, running, coffee breaks and walks with Millie, my Australian Labradoodle. I look for the everyday moments that make a product feel relevant, showing how your brand fits naturally into someone’s routine.

Content rooted in real life, with clear thinking behind it.

The brands I love to work with :

Fitness: in the gym and out on a run

Content that puts your brand into an active routine. Think gymwear, running kit, training accessories and the little essentials that come along for the session.

Wellness: part of the everyday routine

Product demonstrations, preparation videos and everyday food content that shows how your product fits around busy days and training.

Drinks: from the first sip

Coffee rituals, a refreshing gin and tonic on summers day, drinks on the go and product-led videos that capture the preparation, occasion and experience.

Dogs: life with Millie

Walks, playtime and everyday dog-owner moments. Relatable content for brands creating products for dogs and the people who love them.

How we can work together

Content creation and UGC

Relatable videos that bring your brand into everyday life. Service includes:

  • Product demonstrations

Show people how your product works, how to use it and where it fits into their routine.

  • Lifestyle and storytelling videos

Bring your product into an everyday situation, with a clear story and a natural delivery.

  • Creative for paid social

Videos developed around an audience, a message and a reason to take action, with alternative openings or angles available as part of the brief.

  • B-roll and everything in-between

The content that didn’t quite make the cut but still has purpose. Yours to use to create alternative hooks or even in your organic socials.

Let’s create together

WELLNESS BRAND EXAMPLES

Relatable lifestyle content that brings wellness products into everyday routines. From morning rituals to moments of self-care, I combine natural storytelling, product demonstrations and close-up details to make the content feel personal and approachable.

A small change to a familiar routine. This alternative hook introduces herbal tea as a morning coffee swap, using an everyday moment to make the product feel relevant and approachable.

A small change to a familiar routine. This alternative hook introduces herbal tea instead of taking lots of supplements, using an everyday moment to make the product feel relevant and approachable.

A short lifestyle video showcasing the brand’s loose-leaf herbal tea as part of a daily ritual as recommended by a friend.

DOG BRAND EXAMPLES

Playful, practical content featuring real life with my dog, Millie. From walks and outdoor adventures to treats at home, I capture natural interactions and product details that help fellow dog owners picture how something could fit into their own routine.

A lifestyle product demonstration featuring Millie, showing how the Dryrobe dog coat fits into everyday walks. Natural footage and close-ups bring the coat’s practical details into focus.

The creative leads with a situation dog owners recognise before introducing the product. Millie’s personality and natural reactions keep the demonstration warm and entertaining, while the close-ups give viewers a clear look at what’s inside the box.

DRINK BRAND EXAMPLES

Everyday moments that make food and drink feel inviting. Combining preparation shots, product close-ups and relaxed lifestyle scenes, I create content that shows the experience from the first pour to a coffee break or a quick grab-and-go moment.

Position coffee bags as a convenient alternative to a more involved coffee-making routine. Lead with a familiar frustration—the clean-up—and show how the product fits naturally into life at home, at work and on the go.
